Curriculum Support

Primary and Secondary Dance within the curriculum. Delivery of outstanding dance lessons, all resources, lesson plans, assessment and CPD with staff.

Inclusion

As an inclusion specialist, and affiliate teacher with Para Dance UK, we offer SEND schools support in engaging pupils in Physical Education, specifically through Dance, movement to music, and sensory experiences.

Extra-Curricular Activities

Dance, Sensory Circuits, Gymnastics Level 1 and Zumba fitness after school clubs tailored to the needs of the pupils in your school with all admin taken care of.

CPD/ INSET 

CPD to staff on Dance in your school- from the delivery of a scheme of work to and how it can be utilised across the whole curriculum to ensure a holistic and systemic approach to learning.

Holiday Clubs

We run a holiday provision 8am-4pm in each of the school holidays at different venues across Wirral.  Our clubs include Dance, Sports, Games, Arts and Crafts, Outdoor play and Yoga.

Staff Wellbeing

Zumba, stretching, and relaxation sessions as part of your all-important staff wellbeing programme.

Shadow Dance School reopens after Christmas at THE HIVE YOUTH ZONE!

This is at their Hiveability night, specifically for young people and adults with SEND. We can't wait to welcome our dancers back after Christmas and continue to grow our dance family with new members joining us too!

Mental Health and Wellbeing interventions

Interventions with targeted pupils/ groups who may be struggling with something in their lives. Physical activity programmes to build confidence, self esteem and positivity. We work closely with other agencies and school SENDCO to design the perfect intervention.
