Here at Shadow Dance, we are extremely passionate about promoting dance as an aid to help our mental health . We recognise the importance of educating our young people about mental health, and that our mental health can change throughout our lives at different points, and even day to day. We want to promote ways of looking after our mental health, so that we are able to cope and deal with feelings and problems when they occur.
