We have been busy developing Sensory Circuits at Oxton St Saviours Primary school. Mrs Poynton and the small group of pupils have been exploring the ALERTING, ORGANISING and CALMING activities working on their social relationships, while self regulating. These highly effective activities ensures pupils get a 'brain break' from the classroom and can help them to feel more calm and ready to learn. It has been amazing to see the development of the pupils, especially their social interactions with one another.
